This role is office based 5 days a week, at this Company’s HQ in the centre of Glasgow.

A prior seat in property during your Traineeship (whether residential, commercial, or rural) or construction/projects whilst beneficial, is by no means mandatory. Full training will be provided - this legal team have an exceptional track record of retooling lawyers from various disciplines/backgrounds and have fantastic training resources available.
This shall be a dual role advising on both planning and commercial property elements in connection with major infrastructure projects including onshore and offshore wind projects and solar and battery storage projects.
Example responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating purchase, lease, consenting, planning and servitude documentation, making planning applications and agreeing access rights etc – all in relation to renewables projects within the UK and ROI.
