They are looking for a talented individual who is eager to contribute their legal expertise to drive our renewable energy initiatives forward.

Role Overviw:
As a member of this Renewable Projects Team, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and advice to clients involved in renewable energy initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including project development, financing, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
Assisting senior solicitors in due diligence processes for renewable energy projects.
Supporting the team in negotiations, contract reviews, and compliance matters.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and financial advisors.
Keeping abreast of legislative changes and industry trends relevant to renewable energy projects.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Assisting with business development activities, including client presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
Newly qualified Scottish solicitor or a 2nd year trainee approaching qualification.
An interest in renewable energy projects and associated legal frameworks.
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
