NQ Real Estate Solicitor – Edinburgh

Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting an ambitious NQ Solicitor to join its Real Estate and Infrastructure Team in Edinburgh.  You will be involved in all aspects of real estate and infrastructure work and some of your duties will include:

• Managing own workload.
• Take financial control of own matters as the fee-earner, including accurate time recording and prompt feeing.
• Examining title and reporting to clients.
• Negotiating with other solicitors and revising leases for both tenants and landlords.
• Researching and preparing opinions on real estate issues.
