A top national firm is looking for a NQ to join its well established Real Estate Litigation team in Scotland.
The Firm & Team:
- Tier 1 firm
- Market leading team involved with landmark cases
- Work with institutional investors estate owners, commercial tenants, estate owners etc.
The Role:
- Opportunity to get involved in complex Real Estate Litigation
- Provide advice and opinion to work to clients in relation to disputes
- Work with a range of clients including corporate and high net worth individuals
- Represent clients in the Sheriff Court/ Lands Tribunals
- Participate in business development activities
The Candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Ability to manage a case load
