Exciting opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to join this successful Planning Team. This is a varied and interesting role where you will be involved in all aspects of planning, both contentious and non-contentious. You will advise a range of clients including developers, planning authorities, statutory consultees and landowners. You will review applications and environmental statements, advise on negotiating and concluding planning obligations, preparing appeals and inquiry advocacy.
To be considered for this position you should have gained a relevant experience during your traineeship and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in this area.
