Job Description

A market leading Government, Regulation and Competition team is looking to expand their offering in Aberdeen by recruiting an NQ solicitor. 

This team is one of the largest groups of specialists in Scottish Public Law, EU & Competition, Local Government, Business Crime, & Investigations and Regulatory law, who advise high-calibre clients across the food & drink, transport and O&G sectors, local authorities, central government, non-departmental public bodies and the commercial sector.

In this role you will support the senior fee earners within the team, by servicing the firm's varied client base on a workload ranging from but not limited to health & safety investigations, prosecutions and fatal accident injuries, the powers and duties of public bodies, parliamentary work, public enquiries, judicial reviews, regulation and compliance and EU & competition law.
