- Advise on all aspects of construction contracts
- Draft submissions for adjudications and arbitration proceedings
- Advise on construction law disputes
- Interact with clients directly
The Candidate:
- NQ - 1PQE
- Ideally some experience with construction or commercial litigation
- Interest in contentious construction
- Ambitious
- Commercially aware
