This is a strong team and from the outset you will be given the opportunity to actively contribute and will be involved in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and advising on procurement processes for a raft of clients.
Ideally you will have had a minimum of 6 months experience of construction matters during your traineeship, although this is by no means essential but you must have a genuine interest and desire to specialise within construction law. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential as is the ability to work cohesively with both internal and external clients.
