The Firm & Team:
- A leading large Scottish firm
- Tier 1 ranked
- Litigation team work with corporate clients, high net worth individuals, institutional investors etc.
- Team has regularly been involved in a number of landmark court cases and has a significant track record of international arbitrations
The Role:
- Unique opportunity to develop specialisms in litigation and ADR
- Opportunity to deal with both Scottish and English law disputes
- Provide advice to clients in relation to contract disputes, international arbitration and commercial mediation
- Assist with complex and challenging issues
- Represent clients in courts and arbitrations including appearance work and drafting of pleadings
The Candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
- Takes responsibility of their own caseload subject to supervision
- Commercial and profit focused
