NQ Banking Solicitor – Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow

Job Description

We are currently working on this exciting opportunity within this large successful firm.   The Banking and Finance Team is currently recruiting an NQ solicitor to advise on a range of transactional and banking advisory work, which will include the following: project finance, fund finance, corporate funding, acquisition finance, public sector and real estate finance.

Some of your duties will include:

• Advising on banking matters including drafting loan and security documentation associated with different types of finance and legal options.
• Drafting of legal research and papers
• Assisting clients to meet their overall business objectives.
• Project managing transactional work and working with other Practice Areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
