The firm is seeking a solicitor (NQ-6) to join its Construction team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will focus on non-contentious construction work, including advising on real estate, engineering, and infrastructure projects. This role offers involvement in high-profile projects and the chance to work with clients from various sectors, both public and private. Collaboration is key in this role, with opportunities to work alongside colleagues from areas such as real estate, banking, and energy law to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on construction and engineering projects
- Assist with non-contentious construction matters related to property finance, project finance, and development
- Support the construction aspects of energy and infrastructure projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
Skills and Qualities
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- A keen interest in non-contentious construction law
