Overview
We are partnering with a prominent law firm seeking a senior solicitor to join its growing construction team. This position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects across the UK and globally, alongside a supportive team of legal experts.
Role Requirements
Experience:
Extensive experience in transactional construction matters
Proficiency in advising on procurement, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts and documentation
Familiarity with development work in sectors such as retail, housing, hospitality, and energy projects
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in Real Estate, Corporate, and Planning matters
Skills:
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
Expertise in providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
Strong organisational and time management skills to meet critical deadlines
