Our client, an international law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction lawyer to join its Edinburgh team, advising a range of national and international clients, particularly within the built environment.

Job Description

The role will focus on providing strategic and commercially focused advice on the construction aspects of major real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on non-contentious construction matters and major development projects.
Drafting and negotiating JCT construction and engineering contracts.
Managing your own caseload and supporting junior lawyers.
Working collaboratively across national and international teams.
Contributing to the continued growth of the construction practice.
