This is a fully remote role - with the option to work from anywhere in the U.K – at a Firm which handles top-tier work, where its lawyers don’t have annual target hours and with a market-leading benefits package (including a budget to spend on a co-working space if desired).
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning team as Head of Corporate, advising some of the most entrepreneurial and cutting-edge technology businesses in the U.K. and beyond on a variety of corporate transactions and managing the Corporate team.
Clients include fin tech companies, start-ups and businesses focused on growth including tech. Deal values range from £5 to £25 million and working with clients at funding and investment stages.
The Ideal Candidate:
Candidates will be corporate solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years’ PQE, with demonstrable experience working with fast-growth companies and leading corporate transactions. In particular, candidates will have considerable experience in the following areas:
