We are currently working on a senior role with this international legal and professional services law firm in Guernsey.

Job Description

The firm is currently seeking an associate with at least 8+ years PQE to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background with previous experience handling complex dispute cases and UK qualified.

Main duties will include:
• Assisting the Partner in the preparation of budgets and business plans.
• Collating and maintaining billing information.
• Delivering CPD training and providing support to more junior members of the team.
• Performance management and delivering performance reviews.
• Creating a detailed business development plan which is continuously reviewed and kept up to date.
