We are looking for talented and ambitious Scottish qualified associates to join the banking team. This opportunity would suit a Locum, consultant or contractor with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
We are open to candidates based anywhere in the Uk but they must be Scottish qualified.

The banking team is looking for a Scottish qualified banking lawyer to supplement our existing Scottish banking team. The role will cover a broad range of work, supporting predominantly general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions. We act for a wide range of corporate borrowers and lenders on national and international transactions. With a varied workload and quality client base you will have a great opportunity to hone your skills, build your profile, and to help us strengthen and develop the team.
The ES banking team acts for banks (in particular, RBS, Barclays, Lloyds and HSBC), private equity funds and corporate borrowers, which will give you the opportunity to gain broad experience on high quality deals.
You will regularly work alongside our highly successful real estate and corporate teams, as well as tax, funds and regulatory colleagues, amongst others.
Skills and experience:
The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance. You should be a team player, client focused, and a good communicator with a practical approach to your workload.
