This is an exciting role within this successful dispute resolution team! This role is based in Glasgow (with some working in Edinburgh too) and would suit candidates with between 0-4 years’ pqe. The role involves dealing with a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes including handling claims involving property damage, product liability, professional negligence, construction contracts, the construction of insurance policies and also a small number of personal injury claims with a foreign jurisdiction element.
