The purpose of this role is to oversee Motor Injury litigation, Fraud, and Credit Hire matters, while assisting the Partner with the team’s daily operations and high-value cases.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years’ PQE level and experience in litigation; preferably in defender motor. You will be analysing liability, quantum, and causation; drafting advice and documents; preparing correspondence to clients, courts, and witnesses; and supporting court work.
