Litigation Associate – 3 years + PQE – Glasgow/Edinburgh
Our client, a well known global firm, is looking to expand its Litigation team and is keen to speak to Solicitors with defender PI experience.
Working with accredited Partners and a very experienced team, you will handle a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, defending insurance and liability claims.
You will handle complex and high value professional liability matters. You will be working alongside and advising some the largest global insurance organisations to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
You will ideally have a least 3 years PQE within the EL/PL sector. Some experience in disease claims would be an advantage but is not essential. You will also have solid court appearance experience.
