An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly rated Debt and Asset Recovery team. Acting for a wide client base including businesses, individuals, landlords and public sector organisations, this role offers exposure to both volume work and more complex, high-value matters.
Experience
Qualified solicitor with experience in debt recovery litigation
Confident managing a busy caseload and using case management systems
Advocacy experience within the Sheriff Court
Skills
Clear and practical communication with clients and colleagues
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Collaborative approach to team working
