Location: Glasgow
Overview:
We are working with an international firm to recruit a solicitor for a civil/commercial litigation role. This position offers a varied caseload of pursuer and defender work in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, as well as involvement in arbitrations and mediations.
Role Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) or Trainee Solicitor nearing the end of their training contract
Experience in commercial litigation and managing a varied caseload in the Scottish courts
Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills
Proactive and detail-oriented with a commercial perspective
Excellent client handling abilities and a team-oriented mindset
