Our client is currently recruiting an Associate to join its property and professional liability disputes team. You will handle a mixture of casualty and recovery property cases. There will also be some opportunities to work on professional liability cases. The successful candidate will assist a partner on a series of multi-million pound property disputes arising from: product liability claims; fires; negligent acts; breach of contract; and policy disputes. Additionally, the candidate will have their own caseload of files to prosecute.
The ideal candidate should have between 3 - 8 years’ pqe. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
