You will be part of an experienced team handling a wide range of civil disputes, working closely with Partners to support the continued growth of the practice.
The role offers a varied caseload, including Civil Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters, as well as some alternative dispute resolution work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a civil litigation caseload across Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
Draft legal documents and deliver clear, practical advice to clients
Prepare cases for advocacy and represent clients where appropriate
Collaborate with colleagues, including trainees and paralegals
Support business development and team growth
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with civil litigation experience, preferably in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. The firm offers a positive and supportive culture, with a strong focus on career development.
