Job Description

Are you an experienced recruiter who is looking for the chance to carve out a career delivering recruitment solutions to a specialist market?

We have an exciting opportunity for someone, driven, confident and self-motivated to join our established Legal division. Clients that partner with HRC do so because they trust in our market knowledge and our ability to deliver. We work with businesses of all sizes within the Legal sector across the whole of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Based in our modern Glasgow city centre offices, you will work alongside our incredibly well networked Legal team; learning from them as you build your own network of clients and candidates.

What does the day to day look like?

  • You will be out meeting with potential clients to help source them the required talent for their organisations
  • Meeting with candidates who are looking for a new career opportunity and matching their needs to your client base
  • Building your own base of clients and candidates through various activities including business development, research and networking
  • Attending networking events and establishing yourself as a specialist within your market
  • Making outgoing calls or sending email marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities

 

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Strong communication skills and confident when talking to people at all levels
  • Strategic thinker; able to plan and prioritise activities to get the most results out of every day  
  • Excellent networking skills and market-conscious; able to communicate fluently about industry issues and developments
  • Experience educating clients on the merits of using you as a recruitment partner
  • A proven track record of persuading clients and exceeding sales targets
  • A recruitment ambassador for the HRC brand
