Legal PA (3+ Years')

Job Description

Our client is a top tier international law UK firm, who are now looking to bolster their Finance and Projects team with a competent and enthusiastic Legal PA.

You will be responsible for (not an exhaustive list):

• Supporting fee earners’ financial performance
• Working closely all Finance teams as well as the firm’s Business Development team
• Organising and attending business development meetings
• Carrying out client due diligence checks
• Making sure all file management processes are completely accurately and correctly
• Diary management
• Delegating suitable tasks to appropriate team/s 

The successful candidate will have gained at least 3 years’ experience within a similar environment, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised,  and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
