HRC Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic Legal Firm based in Glasgow City Centre that are looking for an experienced candidate to join their growing and successful team.
You will be joining a team of Legal Cashiers at varying levels and would report directly to the Cashroom Manager. This role has arisen due to internal promotions within the team which have therefore opened up the space for another experienced hire. The firm have promoted 3 people within the last year within this team and are very keen to continue this success by investing and developing their staff.
As a firm, they are a sociable bunch and enjoy lots of activity days and staff 'away-days' to celebrate the success of all divisions. You will be working in beautiful city centre offices with easy access to public transport.

Being an experienced Legal Cashier, you will likely know what your day to day will include but a brief overview includes:
Processing client & firm postings
Processing expense claims
Raising payments & cheques
Processing electronic payments/lodging and uplifting from various online banks.
Processing telephone card payments
Creating new clients on computer system
Allocating payment to fees
Reconciliation of client balances
Working with various IT systems
