Our client, a global firm, is seeking an experienced, English qualified, property lawyer to join its practice in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role will involve wide variety of commercial property transactions, with specific focus initially on residential development acquisitions for an affordable housing investor and a variety of investment sales and acquisitions, lettings and pre-lettings and commercial development work for a national operator and retailer.
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 year’s PQE, and a broad range of property experience. This is a client facing-role, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.
