You must have experience building strong client relationships, you will have comprehensive knowledge and a broad range of experience within the rural or commercial real estate sector. You must be 2+ years qualified to be considered for this role, however some flexibility on PQE might be considered.
You will be involved in a fast-paced and interesting caseload which will include, but not be limited to: Purchase, sale, letting and funding of estates, farms, forestry and other rural land as well as commercial real estate, including retail premises, office and industrial properties. You will also be required to provide legal advice to estates of all sizes including advice on issues such as agricultural holdings and land reform alongside trustee conveyancing, plots sales and other conveyancing business.
You'll be acting on behalf of an established UK client base of private individuals and their families, landowners/landed estates and rural sector clients, as well as entrepreneurs, business people and other wealthy individuals across Scotland and the UK. You will work closely with the real estate teams within various offices across the central belt.
