An exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to join a well established Land & Property Team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The firm are dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services in the field of land and property. This position offers an excellent chance for career growth, a dynamic work environment, and a hybrid working approach.

Ideally you will be a Scottish qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and have gained some experience of general rural conveyancing, but applications are also welcomed from solicitors with experience in on-shore renewables, commercial property, development land sales or other fields of property law.

You will be working on various high quality property law matters, with a primary focus on rural conveyancing. However, there may also be opportunities to be involved in on-shore renewable energy projects and sales to house builders.
