Our client is a leading Scottish law firm who have an outstanding reputation and are located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Due to continued growth, their well established Land & Rural Business Team seeks to take an additional solicitor.

Job Description

This role will offer good quality work, the opportunity to be part of an inclusive and supportive team and a firm that is truly passionate about providing a first class service. 

 

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of matters, including carrying out all aspects of conveyancing in respect of landed estates, farms, country and rural housing, development plots, forestry and crofts. As well as advising on agricultural leases and other forms of agricultural/rural property occupancy arrangements.

 

The successful candidate will be a personable solicitor and a solicitor who is genuinely passionate about delivering a first class personal service to all clients. You will have sound communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Crofting experience would be highly desirable but, is not essential.
