Land & Rural Property Senior Solicitor/Associate (5 years'+)

Job Description

A highly reputable firm in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Solicitor/Associate to join their Land & Rural team on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle rural title registration for farms and estates, as well as non-transactional trust and executry conveyancing
• Coordinate registration projects across the Land & Rural team
• Support colleagues with transactional work as needed
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to financial policies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' PQE with experience in a similar role
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a commercial focus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
