The firm are currently recruiting a property lawyer to join its fast-paced Land & Property team – the ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years PQE.
The post-holder can expect to be involved in a variety of rural conveyancing matters which will include purchase of estates, forests, fishing’s, country homes and leasing of farms. The team is keen to hear from candidates with general rural conveyancing experience, however it is also open to speaking with those who come from a commercial property or onshore renewables background; knowledge of commercial knowledge of Scottish property transactions would be beneficial however is not essential.
