The role will report directly to the Service Manager (Governance) and you will provide legal counsel across a range of statutory Local Authority functions.
While previous experience in an in-house or public sector legal environment is beneficial, it is not a requirement. Candidates with expertise in areas such as construction projects, procurement, and commercial contracts are encouraged to apply.
This full-time role offers up to two flexitime days per month, a generous pension scheme, and primarily remote work, with office attendance based around essential meetngs.
