Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its English Property team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will have a varied workload which will include assisting with cross-divisional matters in which the EPU plays a key role e.g. real estate and development finance transactions, insolvency transactions, energy deals and support on corporate deals. The successful candidate will be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE level, and ideally have experience of high value residential conveyancing. The firm are open to hear from candidates who have a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property. An early 2022 qualifier would be considered. Candidates should be open to being re-trained in SRA jurisdictions for the English Property Unit. This is a unique opportunity to do property work within one of Scotland’s top law firms.
