Junior Private Client Solicitor, Aberdeen

Job Description

This highly regarded firm are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor at the NQ – 3 years’ pqe level to join its private client team.  For an NQ to be considered you must have had a private client focused traineeship.  You will be involved in all aspects of private client work and some of your duties will include:

• Estate and succession planning advice for individuals and family businesses;
• Preparation of wills, powers of attorney and living wills;
• Administration of estates;
• Creation and management of a variety of trusts;
• Tax planning alongside tax advisors and accountants;
• Internal training; and
• Business development for the team including establishing and maintaining good relationships with intermediaries.
