Job Description

This leading international law firm are currently recruiting a Solicitor to join the Corporate, Finance and Funds department.  This role is based in Jersey and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year pqe in corporate, finance and funds, although a NQ 2018 qualifier may be considered. You will provide legal corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital markets participants and investment fund managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clear, concise and technically sound practical advice on a broad range of corporate and international finance law.
  • Being highly responsive to clients.
  • Assisting in developing and expanding client relationships important to the Firm’s success at the same time becoming a valued resource to clients.
  • Support colleagues, senior counsel and partners on client matters.
  • Use of the global network to build the Firm resources.
  • Maintaining a sustained record of revenue generation and profitability; following recommended billing rates; managing costs appropriately; ensuring personal utilization meets expectations.
