Junior lawyer sought by well-regarded commercial firm to work on general corporate matters with an emphasis on acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate/commercial work. The role will involve the full range of corporate work including business sales and purchases, partnerships, advising clients on corporate governance issues and commercial contracts. You will also provide corporate support to other teams within the firm. Candidates from the NQ – 3 years’ pqe level with corporate experience would be considered. 2022 qualifiers would be considered.
