A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a solicitor to join its Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow.

Job Description

Renowned for practical, high-quality advice, the firm serves a diverse client base including developers, leisure operators, energy companies, universities, and charities, and handles cross-border and corporate support matters.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing of residential investment portfolios. You will assist with complex, high-value deals, prepare security documentation, and support colleagues on property due diligence for corporate transactions. This position offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work and opportunities to develop sector expertise.

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with up to two years’ post-qualification experience and a genuine interest in commercial property law. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative working are essential. Confidence in client care and understanding financial considerations will help you succeed.
