Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading firm!  Our client is recruiting a Solicitor to join its office in Edinburgh.  The ideal candidate will be at the NQ-2 years’ PQE level and should have previous experience of commercial property transactions.

You will undertake a wide range of interesting commercial property work and have busy caseload; therefore, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a busy caseload including; purchases, sales and leases
• Provide legal advice on commercial property matters
• Managing your own caseload
• Meeting or exceeding individual financial targets
