This growing law firm currently has a need for a solicitor to join its Casualty, Insurance Litigation and Regulatory team based in Aberdeen. This would suit candidates who have experience of defender litigation at NQ level upwards. You will be involved in a variety of work, but the role focuses on acting for a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations. The role will involve handling your own full and varied caseload, assisting more senior members with complex claims as well as appearing regularly in the Sheriff Court.
