The team provides expert advice on all aspects of commercial contracts, information technology, and information law.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with a strong background in contract law and information technology matters. Experience in intellectual property law is also advantageous, particularly in both contentious and non-contentious cases. You will be involved in a variety of work, including but not limited to compliance, data protection, procurement, and trademark protection. The candidate must be qualified to practice in Scotland.
