The team works across a wide range of industry sectors providing advice on the full range of IP rights. You will bring expertise to drive the business forward and take responsibility for the development of more junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their development. As well as supporting offices across Britain, you will also work with colleagues in the USA.
The ideal candidate should have a diverse background in IP transactions, IP disputes and be adept at drafting and negotiating complex IP agreements. You should also have experience in building and sustaining an IP practice, as well as in-depth sector and market knowledge.
