Our Legal500 client who have an outstanding reputation throughout Scotland is seeking an IP/IT senior solicitor/associate to join their well-regarded and dynamic Commercial IP/IT team based in Glasgow.
Your role will involve working on a wide variety of matters including commercial contracts, IT and IP related matters, compliance matters - data protection, brand protection, copyright, and much more.
You will also be working with a broad spectrum of leading commercial clients, nationally and internationally across a range of sectors from education, financial services, energy, to food and drink and technology.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, demonstrate commercial experience gained within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
In your role, you will have flexibility to work from home as well as being office based.
You will thrive and enjoy working in a busy team environment where you are able to manage a busy and varied caseload whilst meeting tight deadlines.
