Interim Solicitor – Children, Education, Rights & Disclosure

Job Description

This six-month fixed-term contract (FTC) is a unique opportunity within the Children, Education, Rights Incorporation, and Disclosure Team.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide legal advice and draft legislation on important matters relating to children and young people, including child protection, youth justice, and children’s rights. While experience in child law is desirable, the team welcome applicants from other areas of litigation. Experience in drafting would be beneficial.

Ideally, candidates will have at least 1-year PQE. As this is an immediate vacancy, it is preferable that candidates have no more than 4-6 weeks notice.

This is a full-time position, however, the team is happy to consider part-time applications (four days per week). The team follows a hybrid working policy.
