Job Description

This in-house organisation is currently looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Pensions Team on a 1 year FTC.  You will be involved in a range of interesting work, including some of the below:

  • A full range of pro-active specialist legal and technical support, advice, guidance, and recommendations across the UK business units
  • Detailed pensions law knowledge
  • Leading on the review and analysis of current and upcoming legislative and regulatory aspects of pensions, ISAs and protection products and services
  • Detailed advice, guidance, and recommendations on the resolution of complex and high value disputes
  • Drafting and interpreting complex legal documentation with precision and an understanding of the commercial intent
  • Ensuring the Group’s contractual documentation with customers, employers and advisers for its pensions and investments business and pension scheme rules and other pension documentation is accurate and of an appropriate standard
  • General legal and administrative duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years’+ PQE and have strong pensions experience.  Candidates with experience in banking, commercial contracts or private client would also be considered.  The organisation is also open to hear from candidates who wish to work part-time  If this position interests you, please get in touch with Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion.  (Assignment 13681)
