We have been exclusively instructed by our client, a Scottish public sector organisation, on a role for an experienced interim Employment Law solicitor. This position is on a fixed term basis of 12 months, with possibility of extension. Although initially working remotely, this organisation’s offices are in Edinburgh, however a blended working model will be considered, post COVID restrictions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years’ PQE. Experience of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including the preparation and presentation of cases at Tribunal is essential. This is a full-time position, however applications from those seeking a 4-day working week will be considered.
