The purpose of this role is to deliver English real estate legal expertise to commercial clients, encompassing contract negotiations and providing comprehensive guidance throughout commercial property transactions.
Applicants should be at the NQ-5 years’ PQE level. Key tasks include drafting sale/purchase contracts, examining titles, negotiating leases, and representing lenders in secured lending transactions.
