This leading Corporate Team currently have a need for a Solicitor for an interim period of up to 12 months. Your role will involve advising on investments, acquisitions and disposals along with shareholder arrangements and share incentivisation schemes.
To be considered for this role you should have at least 5 years’ PQE and you should have corporate transactions experience. Flexible working is on offer.
