This Scottish law firm is seeking a qualified litigator to join its team in Edinburgh. The work will include judicial reviews, liability, and subrogation claims for major insurers arising from property damage; as well as commercial litigation, primarily in the Court of Session, whilst representing public sector institutions including several local authorities as well as major insurers.
The ideal candidate will have around 1-4 years’ PQE and with advocacy experience. Interested candidates should enjoy appearing in court and have excellent time management skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior litigator to join a rapidly growing firm.
