Exciting opportunity to join this Professional Liability Team who defends a wide range of insurers and professionals across all disciplines, in relation to all aspects of professional liability claims from policy response to litigation and disciplinary matters. The team are open to hearing from candidates at all levels of PQE with relevant experience.
You will have a varied workload that will cover both professional negligence and commercial dispute resolutions. You will work on claims for a range of professionals, including solicitors and construction professionals, in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
